Collection and Use

Our mobile application collects GPS location data from your device to enable core delivery features, including:

• Real-time tracking of drivers during active deliveries • Optimizing delivery routes • Displaying estimated arrival times to customers • Matching nearby drivers to delivery requests

Background Location

With your explicit permission, the app may collect location data while running in the background (i.e., when the app is not actively open). This is required for drivers to be tracked during an active delivery session.

Permissions

On Android, the app requests ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and, when necessary, ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION. On iOS, the app requests "Always" or "When In Use" location permission depending on the user's role. You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Doing so may limit the functionality of delivery-related features.

Data Retention

Location data is only retained for the duration of an active delivery session and is not stored long-term beyond what is necessary for service operation and dispute resolution.
